We started with a simple observation: in a country that loves eggs, no one was making them the star of the show. We saw a clear opportunity to create a new kind of fast-casual restaurant focused on fresh, innovative egg dishes. Before we ever opened our doors, we dedicated six years to intensive research and development, perfecting a menu that was creative, healthy, and unlike anything else on the market.
The result of that hard work is a menu with over 21+ unique dishes and a core promise to our customers: No Maida, No Roti. This health-first approach, combined with our secret in-house masala, defines our unique taste. Our business is built on a smart, low-waste kitchen model that is efficient to run and easy to scale, ensuring both quality for our customers and profitability for our partners.
Our concept was proven successful immediately. The first Crafted Egg Cafe in Varanasi became profitable in its very first month. Today, from our headquarters in Vadodara, Gujarat, we are expanding with a clear mission: to become India's number one brand for delicious, creative egg dishes, built on a foundation of quality food and a strong, successful business model.

Our founder, Rutwik P., brings over 12 years of high-impact experience from India's leading consumer tech giants, including Swiggy, Curefoods, Myntra, Flipkart, Bewakoof, Ajio and JioMart.
His career has been dedicated to mastering lean operations, new business launches, and growth strategy. A self-taught expert with certifications from ISB and IBM, Rutwik's journey is defined by relentless execution and a proven ability to build scalable, beloved brands from the ground up. This unique combination of corporate expertise and entrepreneurial grit is the driving force behind Crafted Egg Cafe's success.
Harsh Oswal
Head of Marketing
Harsh Oswal is a growth strategist with deep expertise in performance marketing, brand positioning, and digital scale. As the founder of a marketing agency, he has worked with multiple D2C brands, helping them unlock sustainable revenue growth through data-driven advertising, strategic storytelling, and high-conversion content ecosystems.
Having also built his own fashion label, Harsh brings a founder's mindset to marketing — balancing creativity with commercial outcomes and brand-building with performance metrics.
